1. Firebase Anonymous Authentication
   We use Firebase Anonymous Auth to provide secure access to Firestore and other Firebase features. No personal credentials (e.g., email, password, name) are collected for authentication.
2. Firebase Services
   • Firestore: Used for only loading App-related data (e.g., product catalog, device details).
   • Analytics: Collects aggregated usage data (e.g., screen views, session durations) to improve the App. No personally identifiable information is collected.
   • Crashlytics: Collects crash logs and diagnostic information to help fix technical issues. No personally identifiable information is included.
3. User-Provided Information for PDF (Optional)
   When generating a PDF of the device scheme, you may optionally enter:
   • Company name
   • Location name
   • Address
   • Phone number
   • Notes
   You can skip providing this information, and the PDF will be generated without user contact details. If you choose to provide data, it is only used locally on your device to populate the PDF, and is not transmitted to our servers.

4. How We Use the Collected Information

• Operate and Improve the App: We use aggregated analytics data to understand usage patterns and enhance performance.
• Generate PDF: Any optional contact details you enter are used only to create the PDF and remain on your device.
• Crash Reporting: Crashlytics data helps us diagnose and fix technical issues.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Firebase (Google): Analytics and crash data are shared with Firebase. Google may process this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple may also process certain usage data in accordance with Apple’s own policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe such action is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a legal obligation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, App usage data could be transferred to the new entity. However, no direct personal information is collected or stored by us.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we process. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

• Firebase Anonymous Authentication: Session tokens and associated data are managed by Firebase, under Google's data retention policies.
• Analytics and Crash Data: Retained by Firebase in aggregated form as long as needed to improve the App.
• Optional PDF Contact Details: Only retained locally on your device’s temporary storage; we do not store or maintain it.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International Data Transfers

We operate in Poland, but Firebase services may involve data storage on servers in multiple countries. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these data centers, subject to Google’s data handling practices.

10. Your Rights

Since the App collects no personal data beyond optional PDF fields (stored only on your device), we have limited means to identify or modify data specifically tied to you. If you have concerns about optional contact data in your PDF, you can delete or refrain from sharing such PDF files. For any special requests, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist within our technical capacity.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted signifies your acceptance of those changes.
